Privacy Policy

Theoretical Enterprises, LLC (“we,” “us”) runs theoreticalenterprises.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you type into our audit request form, plus the minimum technical data needed to run and protect the site. We don’t use tracking cookies, and we don’t sell your information.
Information you give us
When you request a free systems audit, you give us:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your city or area in the Phoenix Valley
- Your biggest software or systems problem and the accounting system you use
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and prepare your audit, and follow up with you about our services.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us. If you arrived through a link that has campaign tags (for example
utm_source) or from another website, the form records those tags and the referring page along with your request. This tells us which channels are working. It isn’t used to track you across other sites. - Site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure page performance. It doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t fingerprint your device, and reports only aggregate numbers — it doesn’t identify you.
- Spam and abuse protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile evaluates technical signals from your browser to do this; Cloudflare processes that data under its own privacy policy. We also use your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions. We don’t store your IP address with your request.
- Standard server data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only:
- With service providers who help us run the site. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores form submissions, and delivers the email notification we receive when you submit the form. They may use the data only to provide those services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our business, our clients, or others.
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
Text messages
We don’t send text messages to people who submit the audit form. If we ever do, we will ask for your permission separately first.
How long we keep information
We keep audit requests until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purposes described above. We may update this policy with a fixed retention period in the future.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@theoreticalenterprises.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-restricted storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
