Web application design
Portals and apps people actually use.
Customer portals, dashboards and line-of-business apps, designed with the people who'll use them and connected to the systems you already run.

What we do.
Customer portals, dashboards and line-of-business apps, designed around the job and built to last.
Customer portals
Order status, invoices, documents and requests, visible to your customers on the web and on their phone, pulled from the systems you already have.
Dashboards
Cash, jobs, inventory, whatever you check every morning, on one screen, from live data instead of someone's export.
Line-of-business apps
Intake, approvals, dispatch, field data capture: the app your industry's software doesn't offer, designed around your workflow.
Store accounts and dealer sign-in
Order history, reorders and dealer pricing behind one sign-in, so customers and dealers check an order instead of calling.
Designed with your team
We watch how the work is done before we design the screen, then refine it with the people who'll use it.
What the audit covers.
- 1Systems auditTwenty minutes, free. What you run, what's breaking, what to fix first.
- 2Fixed-fee scopeA written Statement of Work with a fixed price. Half at signing, half on delivery.
Signs you need it.
- Customers call or email to ask about things they could look up themselves.
- Staff re-enter what the customer just typed into a form.
- The numbers you need every morning come from a spreadsheet someone rebuilds every week.
- Online orders show “processing” until someone updates them by hand.
How we work.
No open-ended hourly billing, and no system you can’t take with you.

Questions about web application design.
Will it work on a phone?
Yes. Everything we design is built for phones and desktops from the start and tested on both, because field staff and customers mostly use phones.
Can a portal connect to our accounting system?
That's usually the point. A portal that shows invoices or order status pulls that data from QuickBooks, NetSuite or your order system, so there is one source of truth and nothing is re-keyed.
Do you design it or build it?
Both. One team designs the screens, builds them and connects them to your systems, so nothing is lost between a designer's mockup and a developer's interpretation.
Can dealers and customers share one store?
Yes. A dealer signs in and sees their own pricing and order history; everyone else sees the public store. Both read order status from the system that ships the order, so nobody has to call to ask.
