What we do.

Your job system, your website and your accounting software talking to each other, so information is entered once.

  • Accounting integrations

QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Xero, NetSuite, Sage: jobs, orders, bills and payments posted automatically, coded to the right account, job and class.

  • Two-way sync, not exports

Changes flow in both directions, so the ledger and the operational system agree without anyone running a CSV.

  • Traceable transactions

Every posted entry carries a reference to where it came from, so your accountant can follow it and month-end reconciles.

  • Online store to the ledger

Orders, payments, sales tax, refunds and store credit posted to the books without re-keying, with store credit carried as the liability it is.

  • Bridges to legacy systems

Old systems connected to new ones, so you can modernize in stages instead of all at once.

What the audit covers.

  1. 1Systems auditTwenty minutes, free. What you run, what's breaking, what to fix first.
  2. 2Fixed-fee scopeA written Statement of Work with a fixed price. Half at signing, half on delivery.

Signs you need it.

  • Someone re-types orders from one system into another every day.
  • Month-end takes a week because three systems disagree.
  • Your accountant asks where a number came from and nobody can say.
  • Store credit you've issued isn't on the balance sheet anywhere.

Questions about system integration.

Which accounting systems do you work with?

QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, NetSuite and Sage most often, and others when they offer a way in. The free systems audit confirms what is possible for yours.

Why does accounting expertise matter for an integration?

Because an integration that posts to the wrong account, period or class creates work instead of removing it. We design integrations around your chart of accounts, your close and your audit trail, so what lands in the ledger is what your accountant expects.

What happens when something fails to sync?

Failures are logged, flagged to a person and retried, never silently dropped. Nothing posts to the books twice.

Can our online store post straight to the books?

Usually, yes. Each order posts as a sale with tax, shipping and fees split out, and each payout is matched to the orders it covers. Store credit posts as a liability when it is issued and comes off when it is spent, so the balance sheet shows what you owe.
